AI Inbox

Pulls unread mail from several Gmail accounts into one list and sorts it into Priority, Other and Junk.

What it does

Connects one or more Google accounts and merges their unread mail into a single sidebar list, each row carrying a short chip naming the account it came from
Fetches up to 20 unread messages per account through an 'inbox-multi' service running on your own machine via mChatAIShell — the mail request never goes to a platform server
Sends each message's sender, subject and snippet to a model that assigns a priority (urgent/high/normal/low/junk), a 0-1 relevance score and a one-line summary; if that call throws, a keyword rule set takes over (junk for 'noreply', 'newsletter', 'marketing', 'promo', 'unsubscribe', 'bulk'; urgent for 'deadline', 'asap', 'critical')
Splits the result into a Priority section, a collapsible 'Other Messages' group and a 'Cleanup Suggestions' group holding everything scored junk
'Approve Deletion' builds a Gmail search query from up to 10 junk subjects, asks the gmail-manager service to trash them, then clears them from the list
Turns two common Google setup failures into guided fixes: a step-by-step card for creating your own OAuth client (with a 'Drop client_secret.json here' target and direct console links), and an 'Enable Gmail API' button that replaces Google's raw 403 JSON
Each message opens to Gmail's ~200-character snippet, labelled 'Preview', with an 'Open in Gmail' link for the full thread

On the home screen turn on the 'Show Experimental' toggle, then open the AI Inbox tile.
Work through the 'Connect AI Inbox to your Google account' card: create an OAuth client in the Google Cloud console, then drag the downloaded JSON onto the 'Drop client_secret.json here' box.
Press 'Add a Google Account' and finish sign-in in the browser that opens.
Back in the app, watch the sidebar fill with a 'Priority' section; use 'Add another account' at the top of the list to merge a second inbox.
Expand 'Cleanup Suggestions' and press 'Approve Deletion' to trash what was scored junk.
