Google Workspace

Connects your Google accounts through the gws command-line tool and pulls a read-only snapshot of their data.

What it does

Checks whether the gws command-line tool is installed at any of three standard paths; if not, shows a setup card with a copyable 'brew install gws' command
Signs you in by launching gws's browser OAuth flow in read-only mode (gws auth login --readonly), then lets you label the account (Personal / Work / School / Other) and pick a display colour before adding it
Lists connected accounts with their label and colour, an edit button for label and colour, and a remove button
Shows a five-card 'Services Status' grid — Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Tasks, Contacts — that lights up once any account is connected
'Sync Now' fetches up to 30 recent emails, three days of calendar events, the ten most recently modified Drive files, every task list with its tasks, and twenty contacts, then reports counts for Emails, Drive Files and Pending Tasks plus a last-synced time
A separate ingest pass in the app's personal-context model calls back into this bridge: email, Drive and task words become topics, and calendar events and contacts are merged in with the account name prefixed onto each entry
The account list is the single source of truth for the AI Calendar applet's connected Google accounts — AICalendarManager derives its list from here, and adding or removing an account there writes back here

Install the gws command-line tool first — the applet shows the exact 'brew install gws' command with a copy button.
On the home screen turn on the 'Show Experimental' toggle, then open the Google Workspace tile. It is also reachable from the header settings popover as 'Google Workspace...'.
Press 'Add Google Account', then 'Sign in with Google', finish the browser flow, choose a Label and Display Color, and press 'Add Account'.
Press 'Sync Now' and watch the Emails / Events / Drive Files / Pending Tasks cards fill in.
